Feeling like you need a boost to really kickstart your fitness? Do you need to start a healthy workout routine? Looking for a class specially designed for women? Not sure where to start?

In 30 minutes with me, you will: get your heart rate up get into fat burning mode strengthen your core build lean muscle feel fitter get those happy hormones flowing have fun get healthier

This class is open to all abilities with options of high and low impact exercises. You will need a mat and weights. If you don't have weights, don't worry! You can use tins of beans or fill up water bottles.
