Pilates Personal Training Session
Join me for a full one hour session to guide your body through carefully selected Pilates exercises, chosen from Joseph Pilates' 34 original moves. Prior to the session, we will chat about your Pilates goals, your current mindset toward exercise and wellness and your fitness level.
Whether booking one session or a block of sessions, the first session will feature a FREE Postural Analysis, which will show what exercises will bring your spinal alignment nearer to the ideal alignment for you.
All sessions will be mat based and options for equipment additions will include the Pilates ring, Pilates activation bands (available to purchase from me, Pilates balls and also ankle weights.
