THAME PILATES

I am an expert in Pilates, having perfected the technique through my teaching as a Level 3 Mat Pilates Instructor, to give you a class that will work your entire body and give you fantastic results🤩



💕My classes are a welcoming, warm experience and are fully inclusive, with alternative exercises available should you require them. This Pilates class will feature exercises from Joseph Pilates’ original catalogue of 34 exercises, plus the added contemporary elements featured in Fitness Pilates, to engage our bodies and to build strength 🧘🏻‍♀️



💆🏻Each class will begin with organic doTERRA essential oils for you whilst you set your intention for the session. We will then move through the exercises to give you a full body workout, finishing with the perfect relaxation time for you, with organic doTERRA essential oils diffusing 💤

How to Book:


➡️Secure your space with a Drop In Session or join the Monthly Membership.



📍Thame Girl Guide Hut is on Southern Road, Thame. Free parking is readily available next to the building.



Equipment: Please bring your mat to class 🙏. You're also welcome to bring any other Pilates equipment, e.g. Pilates resistance band, Pilates ball, yoga blocks, Pilates magic circle.



What to wear: Comfortable activewear, optional grippy socks (sorry, any other socks will need to be removed)



Who is this class for: All abilities welcome and pregnant clients are very welcome. I will supply pregnancy-safe modifications to exercises or alternatives where no modification is suitable.
