Each class will run for 3 sessions (dates are on the website) in the summer holidays. This is a perfect way for you to try something totally new or come along to a firm favourite class!
Courses this summer are:
Beginners Barre £15 Get your inner ballerina channelled with ballet moves for real people. No ballet or barre experience is needed & this class is fab for beginners. Zero impact and full of fun! Fitness Pilates £25 A contemporary twist on Pilates, FP will challenge your balance, your core and your and strength in low impact exercises based on Joseph Pilates' 34 original exercises. Not to be missed! Beginners Classical Pilates £29.25 A firm favourite - using Joseph Pilates' original 34 exercises, we will work our way through his catalogue as we practice the lateral breath and build strength in the body and the core. We start and end with essential oils plus relaxation time! WalkFit £15 Walk your way to a healthier, stronger body with WalkFit. In half an hour, up your daily steps and get a fab workout in. Using easy to follow choreography, track your steps and get your sweat on with this low impact class. Perfect for beginners.
