RETURN TO FITNESS AFTER SUMMER




Hey Friends! Well, gosh! Here we are in September. How has that happened?! It seems like yesterday it was May! The end of the summer holidays are always bittersweet I find. . . the children go back to school and summer is over buuuuut there's the excitement of (dare I even say it?!) the holidays around the corner. . . I'm talking Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas. If you've overindulged this summer, and let's face it, who hasn't, then you're probably going to be thinking about how you can restart your fitness regime before the next lot of holidays overtakes your healthy eating and working out schedule! If this sounds like you, then MY GOODNESS, I have SUPER FUN, SUPER EXCITING AND SUPER EFFECTIVE classes on this week to get you back in the exercise groove and feeling fabulous! My THURSDAY NIGHT CLASSICAL PILATES FOR BEGINNERS class has remained fully booked for FIVE months, but you can catch us on Zoom for the live streaming of my Thame class! It's only £5 per person and you can join in Thursday 7:30-8:15PM. We work our way through Joseph Pilates' original exercises for a full body, zero impact workout and finish with deep relaxation, guaranteed to get you floating on cloud 9!


YOGA FOR BEDTIME Join me Friday night 7:30-8PM for deep yoga stretches to beautiful relaxing music. Light your candles, burn your incense, diffuse your oils and set the scene for a relaxing class finishing with deep meditation. Unwind with me and start the weekend right! £4


BARRE FITNESS ONLINE THIS WEDS NIGHT Barre Fitness is a seriously amazing (and sometimes sweaty!) ballet exercise-focussed class where we bring the moves back to the basics to deliver a fantastic workout for your entire body, with a focus to the legs (which, btw, is amazing for that booty!!). We finish each class with 15 minutes of Pilates core exercises to really fire up the core and streamline your muscles. Catch this class for just £4 on Zoom Wednesday 7-7:30PM. Feel that burn!


LIFT LEAN FOR WOMEN is a 30 minute weights for women class, where we either have a full body workout or it may be arm day, leg day, back day plus a fabulous abs finisher! This is THE class not to miss to get in shape super quickly. We meet live 6:30AM Tuesdays and Thursdays in a dedicated Facebook group for just £25 per month for 8 live classes.
