Service Description

This class is perfect for beginners. We explore the basics of Pilates and you will receive in depth instruction in how to execute the exercises in a way that's safe for your body, whether you're pregnant, postnatal or a beginner. Just bring your mat, any equipment you'd like to use and water to rehydrate.  Numbers are strictly limited for your safety.
