Service Description

**PLEASE NOTE: NO CLASS MONDAY 22ND JANUARY** Being a new mum and finding the time to exercise is no longer a challenge with this brand new, fully inclusive class in Thame. 💆🏻Each class will begin with organic doTERRA essential oils for you whilst you set your intention for the session. Think nurturing yet effective Pilates exercises to rehabilitate your core & pelvic floor (safe for postnatal mums from 6 weeks or 12 weeks post c-section), all with your baby, toddler or preschooler at your side. Exercises will be Pilates and strengthening moves to help you feel like YOU again, post baby, finishing with the perfect relaxation time for you, with organic doTERRA essential oils diffusing 💤 Regain your core strength Improve your posture Increase your flexibility Strengthen your pelvic floor Build a stronger, leaner body Following our workout, meet other mums in your class. Nurture your body, from the inside out and nurture your wellbeing with social time. Free parking is readily available in the car park on the High Street What to wear: Comfortable activewear, optional grippy socks (sorry, any other socks will need to be removed) Who is this class for: All abilities welcome, pending the 6 or 12 week check being completed Please note, spaces are very limited. **ALL EQUIPMENT, INCLUDING MATS, WILL BE PROVIDED FOR YOU**
