Service Description

My ever-popular Pilates & Prosecco event is BACK!! Let's get together and do something healthy yet indulgent this December - think Pilates surrounded by fairy lights with beautiful Christmas music playing! An hour of my signature Pilates class, complete with essential oils and relaxation with a mini lavender oil temple massage. This session filled with a mix of contemporary and classical Pilates. Following the session, enjoy a glass (or a few!) of complimentary Prosecco, with mat service, of course! Enjoy mince pies, too, if that takes your festive fancy! Bring a friend or come and meet other amazing people and surround yourself in comfort. 🙏🏻Please bring your mat and any pillows, blankets or duvets you may wish to get super cosy during our time together 🙏🏻Wear comfortable activewear 🙏🏻Session is suitable for everyone 📍Mill Lane Primary School is located on Mill Lane, Chinnor 📍Plenty of free parking is readily available on site 📍Investment of £20 per person **SPACES ARE VERY LIMITED** Spaces are very limited.
